If no one joins upstart guilds to help them become strong active guilds...then there will be no new active guilds to join.

The "established" guilds you speak of are usualy full....or have a hold on recruitment.

Find a small group of friends that has started a guild of their own....try it out...help them make their guild strong and active.

ASK NOT WHAT YOUR GUILD CAN DO FOR YOU, Rather WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR GUILD!
